This project was completed during the year 2011. This project comprises six flats with a total area of 10,800 sq.ft, totally costing at Rs. 500.00 Lakhs. The cream of Madurai city purchased these flats each costing nearly Rs.100.00 Lakhs. This was the first time that a builder was able to sell flats each costing nearly Rs.100.00 Lakhs in Madurai.

Thanks to the goodwill gained over the last few years as a builder whose quality can be trusted. This project established G.D.Foundations as a builder Catering mainly to the needs of the middle and the upper class society of Madurai who were looking for luxury homes, value for money of prestigious locations.
