Shanthiniketan

This project served as a stepping stone to success in Madurai city, completed in 2005 at No 6, Rathinasamy Nadar Road, Madurai-625002, diagonally opposite the Income Tax office Comprised of Sixteen, Two and Three bedroom flats, with a total area of about 22,000 sq.ft. This project radically changed the mindset of the people of Madurai which was till then inclined towards constructing their own Independent house within their limited resource faraway from the city. They thought the flats were like a pack of cards arranged over each other with no ventilation or natural lighting.

Shanthiniketan was a breakthrough in pioneering flat culture in Madurai. Long corridors (35 feet) with excellent cross ventilation, abundant water supply and about 3 ½ feet above the road level made the projects a great success and all the flats got booked within six months from the date of commencement of construction.
