Sai Ashirwadh
Sai Ashirwadh is now under construction, and permission has been granted for 50 units with a total built-up area of roughly 55,360 square feet, five floors, and a stilt parking arrangement.
Sai Ashirwadh is ideally positioned at 2.0 km from Meenakshi Amman temple and 1.5 km from Madurai Railway Station on the southern side of the river Vaigai. This residential neighborhood is pleasant and tranquil, free from the hustle and bustle of the city despite being located in the center of Madurai.
This development is close to numerous reputable schools and colleges and is about 30 minutes from the Madurai International Airport by car.

Doors And Windows
- Windows seasoned country wood openable windows with glass shutters M.S.Grills painted with enamel paint. Openable French Window shutters: UPVC/powder-coated aluminum and glass.
- Main door: Teak wood frames with teak wood shutters with a natural finish and polish on both sides with good quality hinges, tower bolt and lock Godrej or equivalent.
- Other Doors: Hard wood frames with molded skin doors with enamel paint on both sides with good quality hinges, tower bolts, and handle-type locks. No door for the kitchen.
- All hardware shall be in stainless steel.
- Locks shall be mortise of Dorset/ Godrej make or equivalent.
- Window grills in 12 mm square rods.
- False ceiling shall be provided in Hall and Dining.

Electrical
- Concealed copper wiring using Finolex, RR Kabel, Havells, or equivalent make.
- Wiring shall be done for providing lighting, fans, 6/15 amps sockets, and AC points.
- Switches: All switches shall be of white modular type.
- Generator: Automatic power backup shall be provided for all common services and selected light points and fan points and a refrigerator point.
- Light fixtures for the common and external area.
- El-CB and MCB shall be provided.
- Provision for geyser points and exhaust fans shall be provided for all toilets.
- Provision for telephone and internet shall be provided in the living room and master bedroom.
- Solar power backup for selected common lighting.

Sanitary & Plumbing
- Sanitary fittings: EWC wall-hung, concealed cisterns, countertop washbasin in the master bedroom. All sanitary fittings shall be of white color from a reputed brand.
- Toilet faucets shall be with single lever concealed diverters, health faucets in C.P. fittings of reputed brand.
- All sanitary fittings shall be of white color from a reputed brand.
- Plumbing: All supply lines will be with ISI-marked CPVC pipes. Kitchen and work area: Wall-mounted faucets/ taps
- Stainless steel single bowl sinks of reputed make shall be provided for the kitchen and the work area.
- False ceiling shall be provided in Hall and Dining.

Painting
- Emulsion paint shall be applied in the common area, utility, and service areas.
- Emulsion paint shall be applied in the ceiling inside the apartments.
- Internal walls: Acrylic/White Cement based putty with emulsion paints roller finish.
- External walls: Antifungal exterior emulsion.
